We were impressed with Sara even before we met her! She sold our next-door neighbors’ house several years ago and they sang Sara’s praises. We knew that when the time came to buy or sell a house, we would talk with Sara. Although our intent was to interview 3-4 realtors, Sara knocked it out of the park with her comprehensive presentation and we contracted with her without talking with anyone else. The house that we listed was a rental house, which our multi-year renters had greatly neglected. The house needed quite a bit of work so, with Sara’s guidance and expertise, we made some necessary improvements, then opted to enter into an “as is” contract. We entertained several offers, and sold the house for a price that made us very happy! Sara used every possible tool to advertise our house, and we were hugely impressed by the number of open houses, showings, “clicks” and overall exposure our house received. Sara’s communication with us throughout the process was impressive – from scheduled showings to feedback after showings to responses to our questions to simply keeping us informed. It truly seemed as though she worked 24/7 and we were her only clients. Additionally, Sara surrounds herself with a team of vastly professional people (photographer, closing assistant, etc.) who are, likewise, extremely capable and client-focused. In short, Sara’s knowledge of the market, expertise, timely communication, and commitment to her clients is quite possibly unmatched in her profession. She made what would typically be a very stressful process relatively worry-free. We can’t recommend her highly enough!
